Overview

Adobe Acrobat 8 - Is the Application used almost universally to create and view portable document formatted (PDF) documents.

Acrobat 8 will allow you to combine documents, drawings, and rich media content into a single Adobe PDF document.

You will be shown how to arrange files in any order regardless of file type, dimensions, or orientation and how to share documents cross-platform, that allow review participants to see each other’s comments and track the status of the review. It is also possible to track which reviewers have contributed feedback and compile comments into a single PDF document with one-button ease and sort them by author, date, or page.

You will also be shown how to use familiar commenting tools including a highlighter, sticky notes, pencil, strikethrough, and more and how to attach files from other applications inline as comments. Acrobat 8 will also allow you to save PDF files as Microsoft Word documents, retaining the layout, fonts, formatting, and tables, to facilitate reuse of content.
